The Founder
Ryan Durden
Ryan Durden founded AIRA, LLC in 2013 after two decades in business-to-business sales and operations — negotiating, building, and implementing on the front lines with owners, not just advising them. He is Harvard Business School Online certified in AI leadership, and he personally leads every free opportunity assessment before any work begins.
Ryan has worked in payment processing since 2007. From 2013 he built AIRA in close partnership with Merchant Associates — a relationship that shaped AIRA's payment cost-reduction work. In 2023 he founded Payment Alliance Inc., a direct processing company whose programs have helped more than 2,500 businesses save on merchant fees.
His philosophy is the firm's: find where the business is leaving money on the table, rank it by dollar impact, then stay to build and launch the fix. No thick reports left on a shelf.
