Services and plans

AIRA offers monthly service plans that may include AI services, websites, social content, industry software, and support. The specific services, monthly AI allowance, and features included in your plan are described in your signup materials and customer dashboard. Plans start at $99 per month. Plan features and pricing may change; we will notify active customers of changes to their plan before they take effect.

Free assessments and analyses are provided at no cost and create no obligation to purchase.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping logins and PINs confidential, and for activity under your account. Team and employee access is provisioned by the business administrator. Notify us promptly at 602.619.0962 or through your dashboard if you suspect unauthorized access.

Billing, term, and cancellation

Plans are billed monthly in advance to the payment method on file with our payment processor. Service is sold with a minimum initial term of twelve (12) months, after which billing continues month to month until canceled. Your specific commitment terms are shown at signup.

After the initial term, you may cancel any month before your next billing date; service runs through the paid period and no further charges occur. Mid-term cancellations follow the terms shown at signup. AI token packs are one-time purchases, do not expire, and are non-refundable once used. Refunds for billing errors are handled case by case — contact us.

Communications services (such as phone, text, and AI receptionist usage) are subject to the monthly usage caps described for your plan; usage beyond caps requires additional credits or a plan change.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use AIRA services to violate any law or the rights of others, to send unlawful or unwanted messages, to contact anyone who has opted out, to store card numbers in the platform, to misrepresent the origin of communications, to reverse engineer or resell the platform, or to interfere with its security or other customers' use. AIRA communications tools must be used in compliance with applicable telemarketing, texting, call-recording, and consent laws — including obtaining required consent before contacting consumers.

Customer content and third-party connections

You keep ownership of content you provide to AIRA — text, images, videos, business data, and account materials. You grant AIRA a limited license to use, host, and process that content to deliver your services, including publishing your website and social content at your direction. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you supply.

When you connect third-party accounts (such as Google, Meta, YouTube, or Calendly), you authorize AIRA to access them only as needed to deliver the features you enabled, and you agree to those platforms' terms. You can disconnect integrations at any time in your dashboard.

AIRA uses YouTube API Services. By using AIRA's YouTube features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). See our Privacy Policy (https://airabiz.com/privacy) and Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

Websites built by AIRA are hosted on AIRA's platform as part of your active plan. If your paid plan ends, your website goes offline, but all of its pages, text, photos, and settings are preserved and reactivate when you resubscribe. Website source code and platform files are proprietary to AIRA and are not exported or transferred to other hosting providers. You always own your domain name and may point it to another provider at any time. Domain names are purchased, registered, and renewed by you directly with your chosen registrar; AIRA helps connect your domain to your site but does not register, bill for, or renew domains on your behalf.

AI-generated results

AIRA's AI features (analysis, content, listings, receptionist, and similar) produce generated output based on your inputs and public information. AI output may contain errors or require review; you are responsible for reviewing and approving what you publish, send, or post. We do not guarantee specific business results, sales increases, or savings figures. Cost-reduction reviews, including payment processing reviews, are estimates based on the statements and information you provide and are not a promise of savings.

Intellectual property

AIRA retains ownership of its platform, software, methodologies, templates, brand, and website content. You may not copy or use these beyond your permitted use of the services. Feedback you give us may be used to improve our services without obligation.

Disclaimers and limit of liability

AIRA services are provided "as is" except for the express commitments in your plan materials. We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted or error-free, and third-party platforms (social networks, phone carriers, payment processors) control elements outside our authority, including their approvals, availability, and policies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIRA's total liability arising from the services is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim, and AIRA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach that remains uncured after written notice. We may suspend services immediately for nonpayment, fraud, or use that threatens the platform, other customers, or the law. On termination, we will make your customer content available for export for a reasonable period on request.

SMS messaging terms

Program: AIRA Growth Partners sends text messages about inquiries, appointments, account notifications, and customer care to people who opt in. Opting in is optional and is not a condition of any purchase. You can opt in by checking the optional SMS consent box on our website forms.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel; you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or call 602.619.0962. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless applicable law provides otherwise. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with your plan signup materials, are the entire agreement regarding the services and supersede prior discussions.
