Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information AIRA Growth Partners collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain and to the point.
Who we are
Ryan Durden (dba AIRA / AIRA, LLC), doing business as "AIRA Growth Partners" ("AIRA", "we", "us"), provides AI software solutions, business consulting, growth implementation, and related services to businesses nationwide. This policy covers airabiz.com and the AIRA platform and services available through it, including customer portals, team inboxes, scheduling tools, and connected business applications.
This policy applies to business representatives who request assessments, sign up for plans, or use the AIRA platform on behalf of a business, and to visitors of our website. AIRA services are offered to businesses, not to consumers in a personal capacity.
Information we collect
Information you give us: your name, business name, role, phone number, email address, business address, website and social media addresses, industry, and details about what your business needs help with. If you schedule a meeting, we collect the appointment details and time zone you choose. If you purchase a plan or AI tokens, payment is handled by our payment processor; we receive billing status and receipts, not your full card number.
Information collected automatically: pages visited, actions taken, device and browser type, approximate location derived from IP address, and referral source. We use this to operate, secure, and improve the site and platform.
Information you connect to us: with your authorization, we access information from third-party accounts you choose to connect — such as Google (including YouTube and Google Business Profile), Meta/Facebook and Instagram, Calendly, and communication providers — limited to the permissions needed to deliver the features you enabled (for example, scheduling meetings, posting content you approve, or syncing events).
How we use information
We use information to deliver the services you signed up for; build your business analysis, game plan, websites, automations, and AI services; communicate with you by phone, text, and email about your account and services; process billing and prevent fraud; provide support; and improve and secure our platform. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your information to build advertising profiles.
When you use AIRA AI features, the content you submit is processed by our AI providers to generate your results. Customer content is not used to train third-party AI models.
Text messages and calls
If you provide a mobile number and agree to receive texts or calls from AIRA, we use it to contact you about your assessment, services, appointments, and account. Providing a phone number and agreeing to texts is optional and is not a condition of any purchase. Automated messages we send on behalf of a business include that business's name and contact number. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any AIRA text to opt out, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business — for example, hosting and data storage, payment processing (Stripe), email delivery (Postmark), phone and text messaging (Twilio), AI processing, scheduling (Calendly), and social platform connections you authorize. These providers process information on our behalf under contract. We may also share information to comply with law, protect our rights, or in connection with a merger or sale of assets.
If you connected third-party accounts, we transmit only what those integrations require to function.
Data retention and security
We keep information as long as your account is active and as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Access to customer data is limited to authorized AIRA personnel. Data is encrypted in transit, and access is protected by authentication controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and investigate any issues promptly.
Google user data and YouTube
AIRA's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide the features you enable, such as uploading videos you approve to your YouTube channel. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, do not use it to train AI models, and do not allow humans to read it except with your consent, for security, or as required by law.
AIRA uses YouTube API Services. By connecting YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms), and Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) applies to Google's handling of your data. Connection tokens are stored encrypted. You can revoke AIRA's access at any time from your dashboard or at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions; when access is revoked we delete the stored tokens.
Facebook and Instagram data, and data deletion
If you connect Facebook or Instagram, we use the Page and account information you authorize only to publish content you approve and show its status in your dashboard. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising profiles.
To delete your data: disconnect the account in your AIRA dashboard, or remove AIRA under Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, then call 602.619.0962 or use our contact form (https://airabiz.com/contact) and ask us to delete your data. We delete data received from Meta, Google, and other connected platforms within 30 days of a verified request and confirm when it's done.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your business's information; disconnect third-party integrations; or close your account by contacting us. We will verify the request is from an authorized representative of the business before acting. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link, and out of texts by replying STOP. We honor applicable state privacy laws.
Children
AIRA services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or from individuals under the age required by their state, other than in their capacity as authorized representatives of a business.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services change. When we make material changes, we will post the updated policy here and update the effective date. Continued use of the site or platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
